Registration for a RoboFun® Class
Returning RoboFun® Families
You do not have to fill out a new set of registration forms each time you sign-up. If you have completed and submitted ANY set of RoboFun Registration forms for ANY RoboFun® workshop in the past, you child is "REGISTERED" and you do NOT need to complete another set of forms again! To enroll your child in a specific workshop, please click on the Enroll Now button below.
New RoboFun® Families
In order for your child to participate in any RoboFun® workshop, you must REGISTER your child with RoboFun. Your child is "REGISTERED" if we have completed and signed registration forms (3 pages including Media Release) on file at the RoboFun® office. Your child's ENROLLMENT in any RoboFun® workshop is not guaranteed until full tuition payment is received.

Payment Procedures: Your child's enrollment in any RoboFun® workshop is not guaranteed until full payment is received. Payment may be made:

By check or money order made out to Vision Education & Media
2)
By credit card using PayPal. To make your credit card payment via PayPal please click the "Pay Online With Paypal " button above. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service: you will be asked to provide your credit card information.
REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT POLICIES
Enrollment Deadlines: The registration and payment deadline for all workshops is 7 days prior to the start of the workshop . Registration forms and payment must be received by 6:00pm on the date of the deadline. Payments received after the deadline will incur a $35.00 late fee.
Cancellation Deadlines: You may cancel your child's registration and receive a full refund of your payment up to 7 days prior to the start of the workshop. Your child's enrollment in any RoboFun® workshop is not guaranteed until full payment is received. Refunds will not be granted after this deadline. Registration cancellation and refund requests must be received by 6pm on the date of the deadline. Refunds will take 2 to 3 weeks to process.
Other:
Workshops in which the minimum enrollment has not been reached will be cancelled with notice given by the day of the deadline.
Returned checks will incur a $25.00 over draft fee
Make-ups and refunds are not provided for missed classes; workshop cost will not be prorated for partial week attendance.
